Ok, so the picture is not great, but....Recently we hosted some of our bestest friends over for dinner. Here's a pic of the table where we ate on the back porch. Even though it's June, the coolness of the blues, greens, and white made it seem a little more comfortable outside than it really was. We served Steak or Chicken, my hubby's famous twice baked potatoes and my family's favorite salad. Here's the recipe for the salad:
1 bag of Spinach
1 carton of fresh strawberries, washed and cut up
2 cans of Mandarin oranges
Sugared Pecans
The dressing is made by combining Raspberry Vinaigrette and Honey. The combination is 1 to 1. It's super easy and tastes so good on a hot day.
